Every person who has been accepted to study or to preparatory courses at a Polish university receives a decision or a certificate of admission confirming this fact and containing the following information: university, mode of study, date of commencement, duration, basis of study (paid, unpaid, scholarship benefits) and other information that is necessary for visa issuance.

Along with the document confirming your enrolment, it is worth submitting your application, photos, foreign passport, passport or ID card, confirmation of payment for studies (minimum 1 semester. If the studies are free of charge, a document from the university confirming this fact is needed) and a confirmation that the applicant is financially secure (a document from a bank about a credit limit, an employment contract and information about the amount of monthly salary or a document from a Polish bank about the funds in the account).
