Admission documents:

  • Scan of matriculation certificate (atestat + Appendix) and translation.
  • Scan of bachelor’s degree (bachelor’s degree + Appendix) and translation (candidates to study secondary education).
  • Scan of foreign passport (page with photo and data).
  • Scan of current medical certificate (086-у (о), without vaccination, and additional studies) with a translation.
  • Scan of the statement of the candidate that the insurance proceeds to the National Health Fund immediately after arriving in Polish.
  • Scan of the statement about having the necessary means of subsistence for the duration of study in Poland.
  • Scan of a certificate stating that the candidate matriculation certificate entitles him to apply for admission to higher education for every type of higher education in the country in which the education system the institution issuing the certificate and translation. The certificate may be issued by the Polish embassy in your country, the country’s embassy in Poland, or the equivalent of the Ministry of Education in the country.
  • Certification of knowledge of the language in which the studies are to be conducted (if the candidate has one).

When you arrive at the university you must provide:

  • The original certificate of matriculation (atestat + supplement) with apostille and translation of the translations into Polish.
  • Original Bachelor degree (bachelor’s degree + supplement) with apostille and translation of the translations into Polish.
  • A medical certificate (086-у (о), without vaccination, and additional studies) and translation of the translations into Polish.
  • Candidate’s statement that the insurance proceeds to the National Health Fund or a copy of the insurance policy.
  • Statement that it has the necessary means of subsistence for the duration of study in Poland.
  • Certificate attesting that the candidate matriculation certificate entitles him to apply for admission to higher education for every type of higher education in the country in which the education system the institution issuing the certificate and certified translation of the Polish language. It may issue a certificate of the Polish Embassy in your country, the country’s embassy in Poland, or the equivalent of the Ministry of Education in the country.
  • Recent photographs (electronic, 2 boards) with dimensions of 3.50 cm x 4.50 cm (head in the position of the left half-profile, with visible left ear, while maintaining uniform illumination of the face).
